Complete your background check, and get ready for the next steps in your owner-financing process. Anyone 18+ that will be on the contract and or living on the land will need to complete this form. A credit check will not be processed.
*If you are already a customer and simply adding a family member you can complete the same form below. No additional document fee is required.

Once your background check finishes processing, Landstruck, Inc. will be notified and will contact you to discuss what comes next and arrange your contract appointment. Most often via text or email.

Prepare Your Down Payment
Your required down payment is due before or when you sign your owner-financing contract.

1. Non-Refundable Document Fee
The $300 document fee is non-refundable and covers background check processing, administrative, and related e-signature processing expenses. Upon payment, your selected property will be placed on hold while your background check is processed to determine your qualification for owner financing with Landstruck, Inc. Payment of the document fee does not guarantee approval for owner financing or complete the purchase of the property.
If you are purchasing more than one property, only one document fee is required. The down payment is $1,000 per property that is applied directly to the sales price.
2. Background Check & Applicant Consent
A background check is required as part of the owner-financing application process. By submitting your information through the background check process, you acknowledge and consent to the applicable screening procedures and the use of your information to evaluate your application, subject to applicable law. This information is strictly for our office use only.
3.Purchasing Property Without an In-Person Visit
We strongly recommend personally visiting a property before purchasing it. Photographs, videos, LiDAR imagery, and topographic maps may not show every feature, condition, access limitation, or other detail that could affect your intended use of the land.
If you choose to purchase a property without personally inspecting it, you acknowledge that the property’s actual appearance and conditions may differ from your expectations. We do allow for property transfers if you are unhappy. We will honor any principal value paid up until that point any other amount will be acknowledged as rent.
4. Down Payment & Contract Requirements
After your background check has finished processing and you have been notified, our team will contact you to arrange the next steps. Your owner-financing contract should be completed within two weeks of notification that your background check has finished processing. Your required down payment must be submitted before or at the time your owner-financing contract is signed. We collect the down payment first because it allows us to accurately draw up the contract. The agreement will reflect the total sales price, down payment paid, amount financed, and the agreed-upon monthly payment, which is calculated based on the down payment amount.
Failure to complete the contract within the applicable timeframe may result in cancellation, subject to the terms of your agreement.
