Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any transactions or agreements with Landstruck, Inc. By engaging in any transaction with Landstruck, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Document Fee: The $300 document fee is non-refundable. By submitting the document fee, you acknowledge that it is a non-refundable payment for background check processing, administrative and processing purposes.
- Background Check: As part of the application process, you will be subjected to a background check. By providing your information and engaging in any transaction with Landstruck, Inc., you consent to undergo a background check as part of the account approval process.
- Down Payment Submission: Upon notification that the background check has been approved, we will reach out to schedule a date to complete the down payment and finalize the owner-financing contract. Please schedule a future date for your contract within 2–3 business days . The down payment is required prior to or at the time the contract is executed.
- Purchasing Sight Unseen: It is highly recommended that buyers visit the properties prior to purchase as photos, video, LIDAR and topographic maps may not fully convey every aspect of the property. Including details that may be vital to your intended use of the property. If you choose to purchase a property without personally inspecting it, you acknowledge and understand that the property may be different in person than you believed it to be. Landstruck, Inc. shall not be held liable for any discrepancies or differences in perception that may arise due to purchasing a property sight unseen.
- Contract Completion Timeframe: Upon agreement and execution of the contract, it is expected that all parties involved will complete the necessary actions and fulfill their obligations within a maximum period of 15 days, unless otherwise specified in the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting required payments, providing requested documentation, and fulfilling any other contractual requirements. Failure to complete the contract within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation or termination of the agreement at the discretion of Landstruck, Inc.
- Due Date Calculation: The initial due date for any payments or obligations outlined in the contract will be calculated based on the date the document fee is submitted. This date will serve as the reference point for determining subsequent due dates. It is your responsibility to make timely payments and fulfill obligations in accordance with the specified due dates. Failure to comply with the designated due dates may result in penalties, cancellation of the contract, or other remedies as outlined in the contract or at the discretion of Landstruck, Inc.
- Contract Modification Fee: In the event that any changes or modifications are requested to be made on the contract after it has been executed, a fee of $150 will be charged. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with amending the contract. Prior to requesting any changes, please review the contract thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness. Changes to the contract will only be made at the discretion of Landstruck, Inc, and the fee must be paid prior to implementing any modifications.
By engaging in any transaction with Landstruck, Inc., you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Landstruck, Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of the terms and conditions before engaging in any new transaction with Landstruck, Inc.
