Please confirm property availability before paying. While our website listings are updated manually, occasional delays may occur. We recommend texting our office to confirm the property is still available before submitting payment.

What’s Next?

Once your document fee has been paid, visit LandStruck.com/background or press the Background Check button to complete the required background check. A background check is required for anyone 18 or older who will be listed on the contract or living on the property.

Please ensure all required individuals complete their background checks to help keep the purchasing process moving smoothly.

Use the button below to log in and make a monthly payment and/or manage your LandStruck account. This is the preferred way to make regular payments as your account will be credited immediately.

You can also “Make A One Time Payment”  with a detailed note and we will apply your payment to your account manually. You may experience a delay in receipt using that option. If you do not receive a receipt within a couple days please reach out to confirm.

Card payments may be taken over the phone during office hours and issue digital receipts by email. A 3% convenience fee may apply.
