Land Improvement Services for Your Tennessee Property
Buying land is just the beginning. Once you own it, you’ll want to develop it by clearing a driveway, installing a water system, setting up a septic, or assessing solar options. We don’t include these in your land purchase, but we try to help make them happen. Below are the services we can provide directly or connect you with trusted local professionals who’ve done solid work on properties just like yours.

Driveway Installation
If you’d like, LandStruck’s excavation team can provide rural driveway installation as a separate, optional service when our equipment is on site. Driveways are planned, designed, and constructed for durability and long-term use. This work is not included in your land purchase contract and is billed separately.

Alternative Water Systems
Looking for off-grid water options? We can introduce you to specialists in catchment, filtration, collection, and storage systems. These are independent providers we’ve heard solid feedback about — you’ll work with them directly under your own contract.

Septic Systems
We can refer you to professional licensed installers we’ve heard good things about if we know of one. These are independent providers who will contract directly with you to assess soil composition and local environmental conditions, ensuring effective treatment and compliance.

Solar Exposure
If you’re considering solar, we can point you toward installers who’ve done reliable, high-quality work for others in the community. They’ll help you evaluate sunlight exposure, shading, and layout to get the best results. LandStruck is not a party to these contracts.
*Important Note: Some services may be performed by LandStruck (such as excavation), while others are handled entirely by independent service providers. In all cases, these are separate arrangements from your land purchase contract.
How Our Services are Structured
All LandStruck properties are sold AS IS. No improvements are included as part of your land purchase agreement.
When LandStruck equipment and crews are working in or near one of our developments, we may be able to offer certain services to our customers under a separate agreement, depending on availability, location, and the scope of work.
You are also always welcome to hire a local contractor of your choice at any time. LandStruck does not require customers to use our services. If we know of local contractors or companies that have been recommended to us, we may be happy to pass along their contact information; however, customers are responsible for selecting, hiring, and making arrangements directly with any independent provider.
