Returns

You may return your Doom Box within 30 days of delivery if it is unused (or slightly used), in its original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@landstruck.com for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your Doom Box arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will provide a prepaid return label and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items

Heavily used, customized, or modified units cannot be returned.

Digital content or preloaded software on the Doom Box is non-refundable once accessed.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@landstruck.com.
