Step 2: You enter into a contract for deed through an easy e-signature process and begin making payments through our online payment portal.

Step 3: When you pay off your tract, we transfer the warranty deed to you, so you own 100% of the land.

Now, let’s just address the elephant in the room up front. Sometimes contract-for-deed processes get a bad rap—the idea that the seller is anxiously waiting in the wings to take back an owner’s land at the first opportunity when they fall behind on payments.

Making monthly payments couldn’t be simpler

Once you’ve made your down payment, you pay a manageable monthly payment for the length of your term- typically 20 years.

You can make a monthly payment by logging into your secure Landstruck account. When you pay online your account will be credited immediately, so you can see your remaining balance in real time. This is our preferred payment method. 

On our website, you can also make a one time payment, make a down payment, pay the initial document fee and cover the costs of any property maintenance or excavation work we carry out using our ‘dozer.
